You can either use it as a spacious 2BR (sleeps up to 8) or split it into two vacations as a 1BR and studio suite (by using the lock-off option that Marriott provides). AND you can optionally trade your annual 1-2 week(s) for another resort location by using interval international (or other company that you choose).

I have loved this timeshare and it's looking forward to a new owner, as I am buying another Marriott timeshare and selling this one around the same time.

It is available for first use in 2018 or 2019 (depending on what works for both of us).

One-Time Cost: I am selling for $7,500, and you will have the official annual deeded ownership transferred into your name. There may be a resort transfer fee Marriott charges and/or closing cost that is in addition to the sale amount, if applicable.

Annual Cost to Own: The maintenance amount that Marriott charges (annually) is around $1,750, and Marriott said it's likely expected to be $200-$300 lower next year as this year I believe there is a special one-time assessment to repair from hurricane. You pay this directly to Marriott each year in January. The only exception is for the January 2018 fee (due Jan 19th), if I pay it due to timing then you just reimburse me.
