2 bedroom 2 bath unit is available at the Coconut Mallory Resort & Marina (Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday check in 4 p.m. checkout 10 a.m.) The 2 bedroom unit sleeps 6 comfortably. My wife and I stay in this unit every year during Christmas and New Years and have a great time.

Right now I have the unit booked for May 5, 2018 to May 12, 2018 and May 12 to May 19, 2018 so if you are interested let me know. I can check on other date and see if anything is available.

Amenities at your Waterfront location, The 2 bedroom in the Conch Republic include the typical seaside resort amenities, such as two swimming pools, Outdoor Jacuzzi, clubhouse, bar-b-que area, children's playground, Washer/Dryer, Private Balcony/patio, Fully equipped Kitchen, and sporting equipment rentals such as jet skis, fishing equipment, bicycles and kayaks. In addition, the resort features a marina with 18 boat slips. The resort also offers a guest services desk to arrange all island activities.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has 2 queen size beds, a pull out sofa, full kitchen with granite countertops, microwave, and a small patio with table and chairs to relax on Coconut Mallory at Key West is a great getaway in one of the most unique places on earth. The resort is calm, serene and laid back - just the right setting to recharge your batteries and rejuvenate your spirits!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS RENTAL IS OPEN TO THOSE WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. At time of check in, person checking in must be 21 years old. IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of payment from the renter, the seller will notify Coconut Mallory Resort that the purchaser (referred to as RENTER) will be occupying the unit for the specified dates. Please confirm the name(s) under which the reservation should be held when making your payment.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RENTER: The renter agrees to pay all incidental charges charged by Coconut Mallory Resort. The renter is responsible for theft, damages, repairs, or replacement of furnishings missing from the unit.
