'Day of' Coordination Package (Month Of)

This package is for the couple that has the majority of their wedding planning done but needs to make it all come together. We take care of every detail the 'day of' so you and your guests can enjoy yourselves.

Initial consultation to go over wedding plans

Unlimited email and phone support from one month prior to wedding

Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

Ensure everything goes smoothly and address and manage conflicts or changes through event

We will be there to set up the decor and will not leave until the event is over

Set-up escort cards, guestbook, gift, and cake table and place favors as needed

Assist with handing out wedding flowers to appropriate guests

Assist the bride with her dress bustle, veil, and any other accessories

Provide an emergency kit for any unexpected circumstances

Assist during photographs and make sure wedding party is in place for ceremony and reception entrance

Assist and cue bridal couple, wedding party and both families through ceremony and reception (toasts, dances, cake cutting, photos etc.)

A detailed wedding timeline is developed and sent to other vendors so all parties are on the same page

Coordinate all vendors and ensure their contracts are fulfilled. We will then also confirm arrival and delivery times with vendors

Additional consultation 2 weeks prior to wedding to review the final vision, the list of vendors and anything that may still need to be done

Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors

Ensure gifts are placed in designated vehicle or room at end of night

Gather and secure all personal wedding items and decor at end of night

1- 2 coordinators the day of the wedding
