DYNAMAX (ISATA Series) is the upper/luxury Division of FOREST RIVER. This is an end-of-production year 2017 ISATA-3 RW (Rear Wall Bed in slide-out). The second electrical operated slide is behind the driver's seat for the dinette area. This is one fantastic RV that has all other Class C's beat by a mile. More luxury, more open floor space, more everyday standard items the others don't have or offer, and storage galore particularly outside. I downsized from several 37' past Class A's with very large storage compartments and with 2-doors-wide XL pass-thru's. I can still carry everything I need in this RV due to all the compartments being extremely deep and large. Particularly in the exterior rear area that has 4 compartment doors on 3 sides that all open thru to each other with deep vertical storage sections (L + 37"H x 30"D). I am carrying items I couldn't stow in a big Class A, couldn't take, or had to put in the tow car, ie cases of firewood-water, 2 inflatable canvas kayaks with full size paddles, dog pen and carriage, elect heater or fans, BBQ, tables, etc including all the other standard items tools/hoses-cords/cleaning/vac/repair/misc and still only about 70% filled . The hugh patio side compt will hold your patio mat, door mats, several over sized bag chairs, table, lanterns, misc and still only be 50% filled! Inside is just as impressive in storage.

This unit priced out New as: $117,555 base price, $21,262.00 options, for a MSRP of $138,817. Installed is every option item offered. Delivered new with 1153 miles on it. Current odometer is 5189. Generator has 6 hrs. The Exterior full body paint color is the beautiful neutral Khaki pattern. Plus, the darker colors don't show light tone dirt, and lighter colors don't show dark dirt, saving you washings. Interior, you will see the Espresso décor with soft rich brown seat covers thru-out and accent trim, and Delta Dust cabinets with Monza dark counters: solid surface in the kitchen, and formica in the Bathroom, Bedroom, and Dinette areas. Distinctly eye pleasing!

***** OPTIONS installed are: Custom Full Body Paint with cab Diamond Shield protection; Two 100W Solar Panels on the roof with a 30A Controller; Set of 4 Aluminum Wheels with valve extenders; GPS Navigation built in (late yr models); Winegard In-Motion Satellite dome (Dish/DirecTV/Bell); A 3.2KW Onan Diesel Generator IPO the standard LP generator; and 2 Cab Seat Booster Cushions with skirts for when the cab seats are rotated around to the Living Areas to maintain normal seat sitting height position (Cab seats are 1' lower than the coach flooring).

***** UPGRADES ***** Since this unit was manufactured towards the end of the 2017 production year, it has a number of additional features over most other '17s, by getting certain other 2018 features, equipment, and options (w/o the price) in the transition. Such items included: the coach entry door has a blackout pleated shade built into the door; the small kitchen sink window was upgraded to a full length double kitchen window; the kitchen venetian blind that came with it was replaced by owner with a manual touch Levolor insulated/privacy Mocha pleated shade; the slide out interior frames have been trimmed out with nice wide leatherette, same as the seating material; the cab seats have been dressed out with matching material skirts over the pedestal storage bases; logo removable full cab carpet mat; rear powered electrical stabilizer jacks with individual switches; the dinette wrap around booth has been changed to full bench seating with 2 individual seat wall bolsters to give better 4 person seating, better seat lounging with the multi-position bolsters, and easier access to full under seat storage (both sides); the Living Room TV has been upgraded to a 32" 110V size vs advertised 28" 12V; Not one, not 2, but 3 MaxxAir power vents with controls, automatic temperature settings, rain covers, directional fan, and remotes for each with wall brackets; Cedar lined wardrobes with lowered section having shelves for folded clothes/linens, or partial pantry/cookware storage; You gained a porcelain toilet with an electric programmable flush macerator; and the Bath sink became a flush mount stainless steel bowl. As you can see, you are getting a lot of 2018 model upgrades without any additional increased cost. That alone makes this RV a super buy. The crown jewel is for the one extended trip we took, we averaged 16+ MPG. The Mercedes diesel engine is rated at 18 MPG. For a 24' RV, this unit is packed, very functional, roomy, and gets up and goes with no effort and holds to the road with no drifting or semi push. It tows as if it didn't have anything attached!
