This is a 2008 Gulfstream Kingsport (40' travel trailer) self-contained with triple (3) power slide outs. The trailer has 3 entry doors, outside spray port, water heater, electric patio awning, glass-screened patio doors, stabilizer jacks, dvd player, outdoor speakers, outdoor cable hook up, battery and more.

The interior is beautiful and has a great family floor plan with two bedroom and one and ½ bathrooms. This is a non-smoking unit.

The master bedroom has a king island bed, large wardrobe closet with sliding mirror doors, plus an additional smaller wardrobe closet with three (3) drawers. A roof air conditioner unit has been added to the master bedroom for added comfort. Immediately behind the front bedroom is the master bathroom with huge shower and skylight.

The living room is located in the middle of the trailer and has a sleeper sofa, booth dinette that converts into a bed, upgrade etched glass front cabinets, side kitchen with a residential electric refrigerator and freezer, three (3) burner range, oven, microwave and hood, large double kitchen sink, and overheard cabinets throughout. The main roof air conditioner is ducted throughout the trailer, as well as ducted furnace.

The rear bedroom has a private entrance and two extra wide bunk beds, with a half bathroom consisting of a toilet and lavatory for additional comfort. The rear bedroom has a small closet and table. The rear half-bathroom also has a small closet.

Each bedroom has solid doors that separate both bedrooms from the rest of the trailer for your maximum privacy. This trailer sleeps 8-10 people comfortably and is absolutely beautiful inside and very well maintained.
