Rare Fiberglass 15.4', 2007 Starcraft Deck Boat
Starcraft model FD161 with trailer.

This is a Monohull Reverse Chine Vee Hull Fiberglass Deck boat that combines Vee Hull ride, handling, ability to plane, with the convenience and roominess of a pontoon boat. The boat is beamy, short in length and rated for up to 9 passengers, easy to maneuver, and easy to get up on a plane with a very stable ride yet doesn't take up a lot of dock space. Easy to step into from your dock for elders and children, as well as easy entry from diving or swimming, with entry gates in front, starboard side, and transom. Roomy comfortable boat for a day on the sandbar, bay, lakes, canals, and waterways. No need for a big boat to take a family and friends to cruise and enjoy the water.

Powered with a 90hp Mercury Optimax outboard in excellent condition with low hours. It was used in fresh water (Lake Okeechobee) by older retired previous owner. I upgraded boat to hydraulic steering from cable steering. Well maintained mechanically by certified boat mechanics. I have started and flushed regularly. I have used it in salt water on 4 occasions and thoroughly washed and flushed with fresh water.

Interior seats have been reupholstered and they are in new condition. Two Bimini tops provide shade for the entire boat. Permanently mounted additional bumpers on port and starboard sides to help provide additional protection while docking.

Comes complete with ground gear, anchors, bumpers, life preservers, more. Custom boat cover can be used while trailering the boat, covers the boat and motor. Also additional custom tent cover made for overnighting on the water - never used.

I am the second owner that was looking for a small boat that is easy to handle yet comfortable and roomy enough for family and friends to spend a day at the sandbar, or on the water diving, fishing, or to putter out to watch the sunset. Rare to find a boat this size with this much room. I raced to the other coast to buy this boat when it became available! Great boat for lakes, waterways, and the bay.
